차선으로 녹차라떼를 만든 이야기를 하고자 한다..
저 녹차는 지난 1월에 일본여행 갔을때 산 녹차가루이다.
차선을 살때까지만해도 난 말차인줄 알았다…ㅠㅠ
녹차 가루 였다면… 차선을 구매 하지 않았을텐대 말이다..
이미 차선을 사기 때문에..

차선세트
나는 차선세트를 쿠팡 해외 직구로 구매했다.
말차 입문자이며, 차선이 소모품이라고 생각 해서 차선만 2~3만원을 주고 사기에는 뭔가 돈이 아깝다는 생각이 들었다. 그래서 일단 적응을 우선 해보자 라는 생각에 쿠팡에서 저렴이 버전으로 사기로 마음을 먹었다
중국산 저렴이지만, 말차 도구가 모두 있다.
심지어 밑에 깔아서 쓰는 다건도 있고, 이 다건도 두툼하니 나쁘지 않은 것 같다.
7개의 도구가 있다
맨 오른쪽에 차선 부터, 차선을 보관하는 받침대 와 격불할때 쓰는 그릇
말차를 소분하는 차시, 그리고 거름망 받침대 까지
3만원 치고 나름 가성비 넘치는 구성이 아닌가 싶다.
일본에서 봤던 차선이 훨씬 좋아 보이기는 하지만
입문용으로 문제가 없는 차선인 것 같다.
모두 셋팅을 해서 보면 위와 같은 이미지 처럼 완벽 하다 ㅎㅎ
좀더 구체적으로 이야기 하자면
말차를 섞을때 필요한 도구가 차선이며,
차선은 대나무를 얇게 깍아 만든 도구이다.
또, 말차를 차선을 사용하여 섞는 행위를 격불이라고하며,
섞을때 보통 W자로 섞는다고 한다. 그냥 아무렇게나 섞어도 되지 않을까 싶다..
격불을 잘하면, 거품이 잘나고 부드러운 맛이 난다고 하는대… 나는 말차가루가 없다ㅜㅜ
사실 맨처음에도 이야기 했지만, 저 가루는 말차가 아니고 일반 녹차이다…
그래서 뭔가 차선을 가지도 더 리뷰 할게 없다 ㅠㅠ

녹차가루가 좋은건지 모르겠지만, 우유 와 녹차만으로도 부드럽고 달다.. 그냥 느낌인가..?
(녹차가루 3g / 물 30g / 94도로 섞었다.)
두번 정도 사용한 것 같은데 차선은 아직 까지 멀쩡하다
쓰다보면 자주 사용하는 차시와 격불도구 차선 이 3가지만 사용 하지 않을까 싶다.
다음에는 이 가루를 다 먹고, 말차 가루를 사용해서 다시 한번 리뷰를 해보도록 하겠다.
